For those of you that think I am this sweet grandma that makes little birdies and cute beads, well, I do but there is a whole other side of me that refuses to grow up. This bracelet speaks to that part of me that is urban grunge, loves the night (although now I tend to fall asleep before it gets here), and is a bit of a bad girl with tattoos. I did not use my extruder for this one, simply rolled out a snake of polymer and then put on bits and pieces that looked like the tin man had a hand in it. Finished it with silver gilders paste and sealed it. Rockin' that edgy look!

Well that's another positive vote for Gilder's Paste then. I just bought some today and then a discussion started on my Facebook page that suggests that I might have ruined my beads. Do you apply a finish after the paste is buffed up? I'm glad you're still doing TAD. I gave up. Things got really crazy for the last 10 days or so and I just couldn't keep it up. I wasn't exactly planning on having the PCD thing happen, either. Not that I'm complaining! But TAD was a definite casualty in the midst of it. I could come back into it, I guess. I have been making things.

Ginger, I do a couple layers if I want it very metallic looking. I put on an initial layer, dry buff spray lightly with Pym II, and the next day do it all over again. I love my paste and am always looking for new things to use it on.
